Is Cheese Good for You?

As with most things cheese is both good and bad for you.  Of course eating mass amounts of anything is bad for you in some way; even ingesting too much water can have negative effects on someone.  Cheese has some very good things in it, calcium, phosphorus, protein, riboflavin, zinc, and vitamin B12.  Cheese also has quite a bit of fat in it, which can lead to weight problems, high cholesterol, among other dangers.   Overall it can be very good for you if you eat the proper amount, which is about one or two ounces a day.http://www.ilovecheese.com/

  2. I find that cheese backs up the elimination processes. Sometimes, even megadoses of Metamucil doesn't "clear the clog" so to speak.

As with any low fiber food, cheese should be used in moderation. Everybody knows that success on the throne is better than sex.
